I Would Appreciate Your Vote on April 6th
Dear Friends
It has been my honor and
privilege to serve as a member of your school committee over the
past nine years, this year as committee chairwoman.
I am now asking you once again to entrust me with your vote.
The next few years of
economic crisis will be most challenging, as we must do more with
less to protect the progress we have made in the face of certain
budget cuts.
I feel particularly able to
take up that challenge. A sound and balanced budget has been
delivered in each of my nine years on the Committee.
I have a comprehensive understanding of the district’s
complex budget and the demonstrated ability & experience to
effectively make reductions with the least impact to core student
services.
I believe that times like
this call for experienced leadership and I would greatly appreciate
your vote on Monday, April 6, 2009.
